“TURKEY” is the heaven of Europe with
the mixture of modern west and ancient east. Enjoying the typical Mediterranean
climate, blue sea voyages in Gulet and country travel in Turkey was the best
utilization of my holiday last year. This country is full of exclusive
landmarks to visit. Now I am sharing some of my great moments during my travel
of Turkey.
It was the September
month of last year (autumn) when me and my close friend (Clark) plans to visit
Turkey suddenly after a stressful week in office with full of botheration. Our
boss was completely mad with us for losing an assignment that week. It was a
hasty decision at that time but turned to us very appropriately
after that. Getting VISA for Turkey was not a problem at all. Because Turkish
visa can be found only at the airport of any Turkish state. So it was just a
pack and go condition for us. First of all we landed on the capital city
Ankara, the city loaded with full of government buildings, large museums and
culture scene. We had only seven days of visa period, so it was better to make
hurry to visit maximum places within our short time period. I know it was a very
short time period but it was out of my reach to increase that duration. We
covered up our first couple of days in visiting Cappadocia and Istanbul.
Cappadocia
is well known all over the world for its unusual and beautiful landscape which
is caused by ancient volcanic eruptions. For photo maniacs that place is like
Eden. And what can I say about Istanbul? It is the largest city of Turkey with
full of amaze. Our night at Istanbul was very fancy spending with couple of
hotties who joins us at a night club. Next morning we visit the famous Blue Mosque of Turkey. After
saying good bye
to Istanbul, we set for our next destination Marmaris, one of Turkey’s most
famous seaside city known for its seaside resorts, white sandy beach and blue
water.
Marmaris was our prime
destination. Our prime goal was hiring a beautiful gulet and spending some days
in beautiful Mediterranean Sea. There
are lots of gulet and boats providers available in Marmaris. We hired a small
gulet with crew from a boat providing company named Gulet Cruise in there. That
gulet was awesome with full of top facilities. Our most of time passes in there
by Swimming, playing water sports, scuba diving and enjoying the bright sun
with sunscreen lotion. I just love the food in there. It was spicy, healthy and
also tastes very good. Nightlife in that boat was very pleasing with scrumptious
sky and scenic sightseeing views.
Days pass like hours in
there. Our time period of vacation was finished, but I just didn’t want to
leave Turkey. I will always remember those perfect and lovely days of holiday.
Wish someday I will go Turkey once again for holiday to enjoy that glassy
water, sunny beach, scenic sights and yummy foods.
